• How do you manage stock shortages?

  We strive to keep our stock of cotton fabrics regularly updated to meet the needs of our clients. However, at times, due to the popularity of some of our products, we may not be able to offer them anymore. In this case, the out-of-stock fabric will probably no longer be available for purchase on our website.

  However, if you are looking for a specific fabric that you love that is currently out of stock, please do not hesitate to contact us for future availability. Because of our close proximity to our suppliers, we are able to restock quickly for some of the models. Still some hope !

• How does payment and delivery work?

  We offer a fast and reliable delivery for all your orders, directly from Japan with FedEx and Japan Post. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

  By the way, shipping is free for cart over 150€/160$, for destinations in Europe, the United States and Canada actually. We also accept several payment methods. We use Stripe and Paypal platforms, to ensure a secure and hassle-free transaction for our customers.
