We ship worldwide from Japan. If you cannot find your country in the list provided when you enter your delivery address, please contact us so that we can consider the best option together.
Your order will be prepared within 2 working days of receipt of your payment and delivered to the carrier you selected at the time of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your package. We offer several delivery options to suit your needs.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may file a complaint within 7 days of receipt. To make a return request, contact us and provide the order number and the reason for the return.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The returned fabric must be in perfect condition and unaltered.
