Brocade fabric chrysanthemum black background. Colorful chrysanthemum and floral brocade fabric on a black background, woven with exquisite polyester thread. This fabric has a slightly rough texture but feels very smooth. It is suitable for various creations such as clothing, patchwork, accessories, or crafting projects like pouches and bags.

Care tips

Hand wash - metallic printed fabrics

This is a gentle and effective method of washing delicate prints. Cleaning with cold water will be important. Avoid rubbing the prints too hard as this may damage them. After cleaning, rinse the fabric thoroughly with warm water to remove any detergent residue. Avoid wringing or spinning the fabric as this may damage it.

Also avoid using a tumble dryer as this can damage the fabric fibres. Instead, place them on a clean, flat surface or hang them on a hanger to dry in the open air and shade.

Dry cleaning

Brocades, for example, are delicate and intricate fabrics that require special care when cleaning. It is recommended, if you can, to have them professionally dry cleaned to avoid damage to the fragile woven threads. This is the best way to clean these fabrics.

United States

DDP US Shipping (all-inclusive)
All US orders will be shipped DDP. Import duties & taxes are prepaid, nothing is due on delivery. We also handle the customs paperwork so your parcel moves smoothly.

Japan Post
Shipping to the United States via Japan Post is available again, now shipped DDP (duties and taxes prepaid, nothing to pay on delivery).

Europe (European Union)

We have integrated the IOSS system (Import One-Stop Shop) to simplify your European orders:

Orders ≤ €150 (excluding shipping) : VAT is collected at checkout. Since the EU customs reform of 1 July 2026, a small flat customs duty of €3 per product category now also applies to low-value parcels. We’ve built it into your total, so it’s already included in the displayed price. No carrier handling fee, no surprises on delivery, the price you see is the final price.

Orders > 150€: Thanks to the EU–Japan Economic Partnership Agreement, our products made in Japan benefit from total exemption from customs duties. Only VAT and carrier handling fees apply at delivery.

Canada

For Canada, the customs exemption threshold is set at 20 CAD. Thanks to the free trade agreement between Canada and Japan, our Japanese products are generally exempt from customs duties even if the value exceeds this threshold. However, once the order exceeds 20 CAD, GST/HST is applied to the entire declared value, even though customs duties often remain nil for these products.

Australia

Although the exemption threshold is 1,000 AUD, it is important to note that GST (Goods and Services Tax, equivalent to 10%) applies to all imports from Japan, regardless of the declared value.

For orders exceeding 1,000 AUD, in addition to GST, customs duties (generally around 5% depending on the type of product) may be applied during clearance.

United Kingdom (UK)

In the United Kingdom, the customs exemption threshold is set at 135 GBP. However, thanks to the UK‑Japan CEPA, most customs duties on our products made in Japan are waived.

Thus, even for orders exceeding 135 GBP, our Japanese products are not subject to customs duties. However, VAT (generally 20%) and carrier fees are still applicable upon importation.

Preparation time

We ship your parcels worldwide from Japan. If you do not see your country listed when entering your delivery address, please feel free to contact us so we can work together to find the best option.

Your order is prepared within 2 business days following the receipt of your payment and handed over to the carrier you selected at the time of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to track your parcel. We offer several delivery options to meet your needs.

Return Policy

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and provide a full refund.

If it is in transit or has been delivered, please return it within 7 calendar days of receipt (return shipping costs are your responsibility). After inspection (ensuring the product is new and in its original packaging), we will refund the amount of your order, excluding the initial shipping fees. No refund will be issued for damaged products.

In the event of an error on our part, please contact us within 72 hours with photos or video, so that we can quickly and appropriately resolve the issue.
